Rabbit
Welcome to the newest series of hunts, called "Rabbit".
The hunt has begun, there are a few rules. Let's get them out of the way:
RULES:
1. Each puzzle is a chapter of the book. Everything you need to know will be contained within the chapter.
2. Each puzzle will lead to a very specific location somewhere on The Northern American Continent. THERE ARE NO OBJECTS BURIED IN THE GROUND OR AT THE SITES. This is a virtual hunt only. Please do not dig. As this is the case, the end point of the hunts may include spaces where people would not normally be able to dig (i.e. the middle of a lake).
3. Once you feel you have solved the puzzle, submit the solution you have with as much detail as possible. This may take the form of a location, Lat-Long details which can easily be found on google maps or the like, or a certain object within a place (for example, The White House would be "38.897471, -77.036588", but more detail may be warranted as outlined in the clues).
4. The decision as to what is a correct guess will be determined solely by the maker of the hunt. The decision will be final and no discussion will be entered into. All of the final locations and answers are pre-determined at the start of the hunt
5. Do not make contact with the makers of the puzzle for hints or extra clues. This is considered bad form and will not be taken well by the creator of the hunt. Any extra hints will be released publicly at the sole discretion of the hunt maker if it is considered that the hunt has become too hard and has stalled due to fault on the maker's behalf.
6. In the event of a clue within the hunt being incorrectly presented, the Maker will correct the issue and repost any material. If you feel that a part of the hunt has been incorrectly presented, please contact the Maker through the contact form.
7. The maker of the hunt reserves the copyright to all materials involved with the hunt, and none of it shall be reproduced in any way- physically or digitally, in whole or in part. This means it should not be reposted on any websites, forums or the like other than where it has been released by the makers of the hunt. No ownership or copyright of the material shall be claimed by anyone except for the makers of the hunt. If you wish to reproduce the material in another location (i.e. post on social media, forum, etc.), please contact the makers for permission. Permission will only be given in writing.
As with everything, please be courteous to the maker of the hunt and fellow hunters. It's just a game after all, and we're here for fun. Let's make sure everyone has a bit of fun.
Once you believe you have solved a hunt, contact the Maker through the contact form. You should already know where it is. Answers are checked and replied to manually, so please be patient. Answers will come in the form of yes or no. There will be no "you're close". You may be 1 foot away, you may be 1000 miles away, but you will not be told.
Happy hunting and have fun.
